When and how can I reach Genesis?

Our storefront is open M-F 8am-4:30pm. You can call our phone line anytime for scheduling and press 2 for after-hours emergency service.

What is your service area?

We are headquartered in Monroe, WA, but our experienced team travels widely across the entirety of Snohomish and King County to service customers and provide estimates.

What makes Genesis different?

We're locally-owned and operated and always strive to support our community with our work and presence. Quality matters to us. Our technicians are trained and financially-incentivized to get the job done right rather than to finish the job quickly. We believe in people over profits and relationships over transactions.
